ONLINE INQUIRY STAGE
We request 3 to 4 relevant details during this stage. The PEG PHOTO (You
must at least have a vision of your dream wedding gown or suit), TARGET
WEDDING DATE (To assess if our schedule of production allows us to make
the project on time), BUST-WAIST-HIPS-HEIGHT (For us to consider the
material yardages for product quotation). We then give our initial project
quotation after considering these factors via your Email Inbox. If you are all good with our quotation, you can now move to step 2.

BOOKING OF APPOINTMENT
We are strictly by appointment only. We give you 30 minutes to at most an hour of your appointment with our designer on our agreed date of meeting. Maximum of 1 companion only per appointment, bring someone whose opinion matters
most to you.

CONSULTATION DAY
The day of first meeting. You will have more time to discuss and elaborate
your ideas, and our designer will also give recommendations as to what
silhouette perfectly fits your body shape. You will have to choose your
fabric materials from our swatches and pick your final color as well.

BOOKING OF PROJECT
A 50% non refundable payment is needed to start the project. 30% on first
fitting day and 20% remaining on or before your final pick up date. We send fashion illustrations, project contract and acknowledgement receipt of payment
thru email. We accept cash but a cashless transaction via Gcash, Bpi, Metrobank or Security Bank is much appreciated.

PRODUCTION TIME
Your opinion matters most to us. If your garment has details to be used like
lace, we send photos of materials for your approval prior to final placement.
Usual lead time is at least 6 months for weddings. Please consider also that
we have other projects booked with certain deadlines aside from your
garment(s).

FITTINGS AND ALTERATIONS
This is how having your garments being custom made differ from
purchasing off-the-rack. The fit matters most to us. During fittings, we will
make sure to fit the garment on you according to your preference.
Your honest voice matters a lot during this process. 30% payment is needed
during the first fitting of your garment. The second fitting comes after 4 weeks at least.

PICK UPS
Once you are happy with the outcome of the project, you can then set a
pick up date for it. Kindly give us at least a week to prepare your bridal
gown. We would want to pack it in a way that it becomes a memorable
garment and item for you on your wedding day. You can then pay your final
remaining balance on or before your pick up date.
